The color reproducer on the catalogs may present slight tone variations in contrast with the original floor tiles, the sample books or display cases used as reference to order the products. There might be slight tone and caliber (dimensions) variations, variations that are inherent to clay products, which are made using a high temperature baking process.

It is therefore important to provide or deliver the product using the same tone and caliber.

Porcelanite clearly marks its floor tile packaging with the tone number, caliber (dimensions) and Product quality. Regarding the wall tiles the packaging is marked only with the Quality and tone, since there are no caliber variations.

We recommend mixing the floor tile every 5 boxes for best results during the placing procedure (installation). This is very important when the tiles are being placed under certain lighting conditions, which may differ among them.

CALIBER

The caliber (dimensions) variations within one single box may be up to 1.5 millimeters; this is still within the limits established by European Normative Standards (EN-98).
